The word villa is now very fashionable. It is used to name every private accommodation for tourists: from huge and luxury villa until a simple hut. Day by day the meaning of villa is not luxurious anymore but even sometimes cheap. Yet, in fact, there is cheap villa. The meaning of cheap on this category is not related with price as the price of the villas is not cheap at all. But it is just cheaper than the luxury villas.
